How to Make Grilled Fish with Sautéed Vegetables
Place the fish fillets in a bowl and season with salt, crushed black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, and a drizzle of oil. Rub the seasoning evenly over the fillets and let them marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets until just tender. Lightly steam the beans and carrots as well, then keep all the vegetables aside.
Heat 1½ tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until it turns light golden and aromatic.
Add the steamed broccoli, beans, and carrots to the pan. Season with a little salt and crushed black pepper, then sauté for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables are lightly coated with the garlic and remain crisp-tender. Transfer them to a serving bowl.
Grease a grill pan lightly with oil and heat it over medium flame. Place the marinated fish fillets on the hot pan and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and develops beautiful golden grill marks.
Arrange the grilled fish on a serving plate alongside the sautéed vegetables. Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce for a healthy and delicious meal.
